Subject: RE: Creek Permit for Ridgemont Basin

Hi Mark,

Lesley is out until August 22.  I do know that a creek protection permit was issued for the work you are referring to.  I will have to look into whether there were any special conditions other than the standard conditions.  I will also see if I can find out anything about whether the applicant contacted Fish and Game.  Usually that is the responsibility of the applicant not the City.

Subject: Creek Permit for Ridgemont Basin

Perhaps you have been out of town but since I hadn't heard back from you
I'll risk being a pest and repeat my question from my email on 7/27/05:

I noticed that construction work in the Ridgemont Basin that was previously
stopped to determine if a Creek Protection Permit would be needed has

It is my understanding that the City determined that a Creek Protection
Permit was needed for that work.

Was a permit obtained by the contractors and what are the restrictions and
guidelines for that permit? And was Fish and Game contacted in relation to
this work?

Thank you very much.
