Subject: leona quarry violations-day 5

Jun
Its Tues 11/2/04. I wanted to report that Chimes Creek is still silty for the fifth day in a row. I understand that you have determined that this silt originates from illicit discharges from the detention pond on the Leona Quarry development site.
I also understand that there is a $5,000 per day fine associated with such discharges. According to my math the fine for this last event stands at$25,000 so far.

Thank you for your continued attention to this matter.
