 I just talked to Kelly Newman, a neighbor of mine who told me that you said the following at about 5:00pm on Monday:
 "This latest silt in the creek is from silt that has collected in manholes and is not coming from the detention pond."

 Earlier that same day I was standing next to Jun Osalbo (City Inspector) when he called you and told you that silt was escaping from the detention pond.

 Why are you knowingly misinforming the community?
