For whatever it is worth please allow one clarification.
Yes, one of the headwaters of Chimes Creek is just on and above the Leona Quarry property.  However, as with most headwaters, much of the year including this time of year there is no flow in that part of the creek nor are there any other surface flows on the site.  The only water leaving the site is seepage (ground) water.
If you would please forward this onto Lesley Estes I would appreciate it.

Leona Quarry has a creek.  It is in the upland portion noted in the EIR. It
is subject to state, federal and local laws. Water flowing across the site
is considered runoff.  It must be clean before exiting the construction
