On Thursday June 10 there was a white foamy contaminant on Chimes Creek.  I have included a photo for your records.

I realized also this morning (Saturday) that full construction was happening at the Quarry (Grading, backhoes etc).
You told me a few times that grading was permitted Mon - Fri, Saturday they could only do maintenance on equipment, and Sun there was to be no work.

Is this yet another violation?
